Price card print sheet

Prepare human-readable price cards for plain paper. Enter your approved display prices, review the sheet, then print or save a standalone HTML copy.

Paste prepared rows below or import a file.

Exact header: sku, name, price, quantity. Up to 100 products and 240 cards total. One currency per batch. Decimal prices 0–999999.99; no thousands separators in input.

No sheets prepared.

Layout checks stop visible text overflow in the current browser. Check the text, glyphs and prices yourself. Paper/printer scaling can change physical results. Inputs remain temporary page memory.

From prepared prices to cut-out cards

Use this tool for a small shop, stall or display where you need several readable price cards from a prepared list. Each card shows an optional shop label, product name, currency and price, and the SKU as text. The quantity column repeats that product’s card the requested number of times. Cards follow CSV row order, with repeated copies kept together.

The tool makes a simple three-column, eight-row sheet on A4 or US Letter. There are 24 positions per page. Unused positions on the last page remain blank with cutting guides. Print on ordinary blank paper and cut along the guides. It does not match a brand of pre-cut labels, create barcodes, control a thermal printer or synchronize prices with a shop account.

Prepare the CSV

The first row must be sku, name, price, quantity in that order. Use one row per product. Duplicate SKUs are rejected so you can consolidate their quantities deliberately. SKU comparisons are exact and case-sensitive: 00123 and 123 remain different values, and upper/lowercase letters are not merged. Leading zeros and long identifiers remain text.

Names and SKUs must be single-line text without control characters or boundary spaces. Names can contain up to 60 characters and SKUs up to 40, but long or wide text can still fail the layout check. A name can wrap across two lines. Shop labels and SKUs occupy one line. Shorten the displayed wording if it does not fit; the tool never silently clips or adds an ellipsis to a product name.

Fields containing commas or quotation marks must use normal CSV quoting. For example, a product named Pen, blue needs quotation marks around that field. A quotation mark inside a quoted field is doubled. Embedded line breaks inside names are rejected. You can import a UTF-8 file up to 1 MiB or paste up to 1,000,000 characters. Imports become editable text; line endings may be normalized by the text area. This is a card generator, not a byte-preserving CSV converter.

Prices, currency and quantities

Choose USD or INR for the whole batch. The three-letter currency code is printed on every card. The app prints supplied prices with two decimal places and a comma thousands separator. It does not convert currencies or calculate taxes, fees, unit prices or discounts. Confirm your intended display prices before entering them.

A price must be a nonnegative plain decimal with at most six digits before the point and two after it. Thus 3.5 becomes 3.50, while 1,250.00, 1e3 and negative values are rejected. Quantity must be a whole number from 1 to 240 without leading zeros. Across all rows, the total cannot exceed 240 cards or ten sheets. The input can contain at most 100 product rows.

Review the example

The fictional example prints two Blue notebook cards with SKU 000123, one Tamil notebook card and one large-price binder card. It produces one sheet with four filled positions. Switch the currency or paper, rebuild and check the result. Changing any input removes the previous sheets and download links so an old price batch cannot be mistaken for the edited one.

What the layout check establishes

After fonts are ready, the app checks the rendered name, SKU, shop label and price boxes for overflow. If a field does not fit, the build stops and identifies its CSV record and field. This is a check in your current browser and font environment. It does not verify spelling, product identity, glyph coverage, pricing accuracy or physical printer alignment.

The on-screen sheet keeps its intended paper proportions and can scroll horizontally on a small phone. Use the labelled paper setting to choose the print page. In the browser print dialog select that same paper, actual size or 100% scale, and disable added headers and footers. Check the browser’s print preview and a test page. Printer margins, drivers and other browsers can change the output; no particular printer or adhesive stock is certified.

Keep a printable copy

Print sheets opens the browser print dialog. If your browser offers Save as PDF, you can choose it there. The tool does not send a print job automatically. Save printable HTML downloads a standalone snapshot with embedded styles and card text, without scripts, remote fonts or images. Open that copy in a suitable browser and use its print command. A downloaded snapshot does not update when you change the current page.

Save batch record downloads JSON containing the shop label, currency, paper, normalized prices, original SKU/name text, quantities and source record numbers. This helps you review what was printed. It is not an inventory import, sales receipt, invoice or account update. Both saved files intentionally contain your product and pricing information, so choose where to keep and share them.

Temporary inputs

Inputs and generated sheets stay in the current page’s memory. No uploads, hidden requests, accounts or browser-storage history are used by the tool. Clear or reload removes the working state. Files you deliberately download remain on your device. The app never contacts Shopify, Zoho, a payment service or a printer API.
